The Algebra Research Group, Department of Mathematics, Universitas Gadjah Mada, successfully organized the Algebra Undergraduate Thesis Seminar 2026<\/strong>, providing a platform for final-year undergraduate students to present the results of their thesis research. The seminar was attended by lecturers, students, and members of the academic community who gathered to discuss recent developments in algebra and its applications.<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

A total of eight undergraduate students<\/strong> presented their research under the supervision of faculty members from the Algebra Research Group. The presentations covered a wide range of topics, reflecting the diversity of current research interests within the laboratory, including group theory, ring theory, module theory, graph theory, and related algebraic structures.\"\"<\/p>\n

    Throughout the seminar, participants had the opportunity to engage in discussions, ask questions, and provide feedback to the presenters. The event not only served as a forum for evaluating students\u2019 research achievements but also fostered academic exchange between undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty members.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Algebra Undergraduate Thesis Seminar is one of the annual academic activities of the Algebra Research Group that aims to strengthen the research culture among undergraduate students and encourage them to communicate their mathematical findings effectively. The successful completion of these thesis projects marks an important milestone in the students\u2019 academic journey and highlights the active research environment within the Department of Mathematics, Universitas Gadjah Mada.<\/p>\n
